CSR has acquired a central theme on the agenda of organizations today but has not been able to acquire a center stage in the realms of corporate strategy. There has been a definite lack of understanding of the concept of CSR and Competitiveness.
CSR and Competitiveness relate through a learning and innovation cycle where values, policies and practices of a corporate body are re-defined. Embedding of CSR in the business process leads to innovation and ultimately results in competitiveness.
